Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email to monitor your package's journey. Expect express shipping to arrive within 1-3 business days and standard shipping within 2-8 business days. 

 

Q2. Can I change my shipping address?

Absolutely! If your order hasn't been shipped, email us at customercare@jennyjazzdesigns.com with your new address. For shipped orders, redirect via the provided Australia Post tracking link. Please ensure accuracy during checkout as we can't retrieve successfully delivered orders to incorrect addresses.


Q3. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

While our courier estimates 2-8 business days for standard delivery, delays may occur. If your order isn't delivered within 20 days, contact us for assistance and we will initiate an investigation with the provider.  Bear in mind resolution timelines may vary.


Q4. What is your return policy?

We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Returns are at your own expense for change of mind or incorrect sizing.  Free returns are available for faulty goods, photos must be attached to your e-mail when notifying us.  Some goods are listed as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".  Refunds will not be granted on these items.  Items must be returned in original condition with hang tags attached.
